The Able One Education Network (Able One) is an educational resource for educators, students, and other curious minds. We believe that “educators” come in all ages and backgrounds. Teachers, professors, and scholars produce most of the educational materials on Able One. Able One also posts students’ work and the work of experts and enthusiasts. These educators have the ability to put information into context and give it relevance while motivating students to learn. Able One’s resources enhance this teaching and learning. Right now the content is focesed on ancient Greece and Rome and other ancient civilizations but we will expand into the sciences, engineering, and numerous other academic subjects. Able One is a 501(c)(3) educational organization.

Description

Our mission is to buikd healthy communities by organizing residents to engage in environmental decisionmaking that protects and enhances their community sustainability.We need to market our accomplishments to residents of color in contributing to cleaner air, open space, green job training, energy democracy, and reduction of pollution in Harlem and developing strong policies at the city, state and federal levels.We need to create a stronger donor base among African American and Latino residents through marketing our trainings, workshops, and knowledge that keeps our communities safer.
