Our mission is to give animals a better life through re-homing, rehabilitation and sanctuary and to give people the support and knowledge they need to treat animals with care and respect.

Additional Information

Raystede is based in the heart of the Sussex countryside in Ringmer near Lewes.  Based on a 43 acre site, with state of the art facilities for all sorts of animals from birds to small animals, dogs and cats to goats and horses. Our Sanctuary, with its sizeable lakes, offers a safe haven for visiting waterfowl as well as for our chickens, turkeys, ducks and geese. We also offer a lifelong home for goats, horses, ponies and donkeys which are not able to be rehomed.
