2ndWay aims empower promising small SME businesses (3 - 15 employees) in Sub Saharan Africa, primarily with finance dispersed in conjunction with management training, consultancy and networking opportunities. With a view to facilitate accelerated business growth, as a result generate sustainable new employment reducing poverty and demonstrating a market based approach to development work.

2ndWay is a UK based Community interest company. 2ndWay aims to launch a peer to peer lending service designed to finance small business loans in Africa. A similar concept to (MyC4.org, Zidesha.org and I dare say Kiva.org) the difference is that 2ndWay finance slightly larger loan requirements ($5,000, - $15,000) and physically provide additional non financial business support on the ground in Africa.
