Marketing Manager at digital agency Bloc Marketing. As Marketing Manager for Bloc Marketing, I oversaw the team and work across both the traditional and digital elements of our services. I specialised in strategic marketing, alongside traditional elements of the marketing mix. This included brand development, creative design, corporate social responsibility, and copywriting. I also carried out some digital elements of the services Bloc provides, managing e-mail marketing and online PR. Marketing Manager at training provider Stratum (previously e-academy) While working at Stratum I was responsible for originally the e-academy brand, and later both the e-academy and Stratum Learning and Development brands - ultimately leading to the combination of the two brands into Stratum Worldwide. I have since assisted Stratum with their rebrand on a freelance basis. During my time at Stratum I built both brands' marketing functions up from minimal operations to a fully-fledged department engaging with customers across both traditional and digital channels. This led to my promotion to Marketing Manager from my original role as Marketing Co-ordinator.
