MoorEnd Development Trust are seeking to restore and refurbish Hare Hill House, a nnineteenth century mansion house, to create an Arts, Community and Enterprise Centre serving the community of and visitors to Littleborough. The building is owned by Rochdale Council who have agreed in principle to an asset transfer and we are now in the process of securing the funding required to undertake the necessary works.
