We started MHScot to help you achieve a happy and productive workforce by increasing skills and achieving the outlook required to deal with the pressures and stresses of the modern workplace. We strongly believe that a healthy mind is the most important factor in a healthy workplace. Our focus on courses, workshops and awareness will help your staff achieve this and much more. Mental health issues at work are estimated to cost Scottish employers over £2 billion per year. That is a massive £970 per employee!
