My skills consist of managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter(X), Tik tok. I can capture content and edit it using tools such as Capcut. I use Canva and I can prepare social media analytics reports. I can use microsoft 365 and Dotdigital. Currently, I am learning Adobe Illustrator and photoshop.

Experience

Equipped with a degree in Business and Management (Marketing) from the Open University, I recently completed an internship at Macrobert Arts Centre, where I gained invaluable experience in Arts Marketing. I was responsible for creating and scheduling engaging social media content, supporting targeted marketing campaigns, managing email marketing initiatives, and designing printed materials. Additionally, Macrobert gave me the opportunity to participate in the Hubbub event where I documented and created filming content for the drama classes. My role also involved fostering relationships with students and partners, which honed my ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple stakeholders. In addition to my marketing experience, I have worked 8 years as Cabin Crew. This role sharpened my problem-solving abilities, strengthened my communication skills, and reinforced the importance of teamwork in achieving organisational goals. These experiences have made me adaptable, resilient, and highly skilled in managing challenging situations—qualities I believe are essential for the fast-paced world of marketing. My dedication to helping others is reflected in my role as a student mentor with the Open University's mentoring project. In this role, I provided guidance and support to students throughout their academic journey, which deepened my understanding of the value of empathy, active listening, and personalised support.
