Teaching-aids at Low Cost (TALC) is an internationally-renowned specialist INGO which aims to improve the health of people in developing countries.  We empower individuals and communities by making health information available to those living and working where there is not necessarily access to sophisticated diagnostic equipment, and where treatment options may be limited.   We produce, publish and supply health information and accessories, and deliver international development/health projects.
