Reverse the decision to stop assisting in rescue operations in the Mediterranean The UK government’s decision to pull out of assisting rescue missions in the Mediterranean will only result in one thing: more deaths of men, women and children fleeing Africa to try to get Europe. This is a heartless and ruthless decision that will punish those who are voiceless and those that are most in need of help.
