I am a focused and experienced Customer Business Development and Marketing professional. For the past 4 years I have been taking a childcare break from formal employment, but with my 3 children now at school I now have the time and commitment to get involved with some projects and am keen to use my professional and personal skills to make a difference. In my former role as Head of Marketing for Balfour Beatty Investments I was responsible for the creation of the marketing department, brand development, marketing communications strategy and delivery, the development of a Corporate Social Responsiblity strategy and plan, the development and implementation of a Business Customer Relationship plan and the introduction of Strategy and interpersonal skills training for Business Development teams. Before my 8 years at Balfour Beatty I was a Customer Business Development Manger and Customer Marketing Manager for Procter & Gamble (based in UK, then Geneva) for 6 years. During this period I worked on Pringles, Pampers, Always, Tampax, Ariel, Sunny Delight and many other P&G brands with British retail customers, then on global customer marketing for Pampers and brand development. I believe that I can offer a keen focus on key issues, and an ability to develop and implement meaningful strategies and plans to improve customer relationships. I am focused, hard- working and pleasant to work with. My main strength is probably the ability to see what needs to be done and get people working together to do it.
