With over 160,000 small charities in the UK, it may be surprising that little Triceratops Training is the only UK wide training provider exclusively aiming to support them through the unique challenges and trials of being small. Often these organisations are led and staffed by fantastic, large hearted experts in their fields, but who have no idea how to create and lead flourishing organisations. At Triceratops, we help address this significant need, equipping these people with the knowledge and confidence to thrive in creating sustainable organisations which are so vital in making this world a better place.

A Challenge for You

Description

This may be a bit different. We need help to work out the best way to reach small charities with our services. We have a quality offer, strong accessibility and a unique approach, but we do not know the best strategy to market this support to small charities which are decentralised, isolated and often harried. We have tried things, and made a bit of progress, but not yet joined up the dots, hence this request. Add in the fact it really needs to be low impact with time and cost, and you have a challenge on your hands - but one we are invested in overcoming.
