Since 2010, Dementia Compass has worked to support people living with dementia (both the individual with a dementia diagnosis as well as his or her care partners) to succeed at home through evidence-based social programmes that highlight ability over disability.   We have been a volunteer-led organisation working in the community to respond to need.  Now we are evolving into a more sustainable organisation that can respond with even better tools and more quickly and we need help to do this.
