Experience

Currently working as an optimisation analyst for a large service based company. This role involves creating, coding and managing a/b and multivatiate tests to improve on site conversion rate and doing extensive analytics across the site to improve overall customer experience. Web analytics experience - Google Analytics qualified Experience of A/B and multivariate testing, principals, application, analysis and reporting, end to end implementation etc. A firm believer that if you have a website and you actually want your visitors to do something measurably positive when they arrive then YOU NEED TO TEST! Web design experience, competant in HTML & CSS coding. Complete novice at javascript but this is something im working on. SEO experience Content management experience - well versed in a variety of CMS systems. Copywriting experience User testing experience - have engaged with users in direct user testing on several occasions as well as using remote solutions
