Develop a multiplatform campaign for a social enterprise working with young women who have suffered domestic violence, trauma, are care leavers or former offenders in a way that will ignite participation by 16 - 25 year olds who don't engage with this sector because they are not affected by the problems of the women service users. Using their experiences as platforms and storytelling as the framework, create a message of skills as assets and human capacity building, in the language of collaboration and inclusion.

BFF has piloted a programme that provides unique and bespoke training, vocational qualifications and employment opportunities. Its cornerstone is resilience training to address core issues of safety, personal responsibility, confidence and aspiration. We have a gender sensitive, trauma informed approach. Our staff have experience of working with women who have suffered extreme violence and been perpetrators and victims of appalling crimes. We have accredited the resilience and employability training with ASDAN. It starts with simple steps, just showing up to perform simple cleaning , shoeshine or light construction projects, in places of power, where they might not normally go. Best Foot Forward is being mentored and nurtured by CIVA and Kazuri Properties CiC
