We are an award winning independent and self funded charity providing a range of services and activities for disabled children, disabled adults, carers and families. We are totally independent from the national Mencap charity and receive no funding from them. Our services include childminding for disabled childre, respite and short break for people with complex needs, a training and employment scheme, a telephone helpline, information, support and advocacy, a scheme for older carers, buddying for young disabled people, Job Clubs, discos, activity days, an outdoors activity club, keep fit classes, a siblings group, welfare benefit advice, campaigning, a news letter and peer support.
