The Great Generation enables communities in developing countries to put in place sustainable solutions to poverty. The Great Generation aims to capture the spirit of giving that followed the Indian Ocean Tsunami in 2004 and maintain this momentum so that more resources are channeled towards long-term development in all parts of the world, where communities are in need.  We co-coordinate volunteers from educational institutions and businesses, who empower the communities to define and embrace opportunities.  The projects also provide challenges that help the volunteers to develop as individuals and as a team.   We work in Uganda, Jordan, India and Brazil and have approximately 100 volunteers out on project every year.
