Starting on 1st September 2015 Ben Smith will be undertaking one of the biggest challenges of his life. He  will be running 400 marathons in 400 consecutive days that will take me to 364 different places all round the UK mainland.  This incredibly challenge will see us attempt the Guinness World Record for the "Most marathons run on consecutive days (male)" Ben has had first hand experience of bullying and is fully aware of the need for 'Ditch the Label' and the amazing work they do.
