• 2.1 degree in Journalism from Brunel University

Experience

I work for SCCI Alphatrack where I am the CRM manager and I combine this with media, sales and marketing roles. I have run and tracked marketing campaigns including email, CRM, brochure and telemarketing campaigns. I will also create case studies for the website when a large project is completed. I run the social media accounts and assist with the sales process by ensuring communication paths with the salesmen, sales manager and all of the appropriate administrative parties are open and fluent ensuring that maximum sales levels can be reached. Whilst doing this I am also managing the CRM database. On the side I am a freelance writer with four years experience of writing about many different topics. I am always looking for new projects so if you are interested please don't hesitate to contact me.
