Step-Ladder aims to help people onto the property ladder who might otherwise not be able through cobuying. We want to target people affected by the housing crisis, and stuck in "Generation Rent" - the problems include people not being able to start families because they can't afford to move, low self-esteem from being stuck living in overcrowded or multi-generational homes and a larger economic impact with a loss of professionals and / or available jobs.   http://homesforbritain.org.uk/ nicely sums up the problem.
