WWV believes in the power of voluntary work as a catalyst for change – in individuals, organisations and society as a whole.  We are specialists in the use of volunteering to enable marginalised and vulnerable people to take control of their lives and expand their horizons, enhancing well-being, employability and life satisfactionOur vision is a UK where everyone who wants to be, is engaged in their community, and is inspired and supported to realise their potential. Our mission is to enable people of all backgrounds to take positive action to change their lives and the lives of others through volunteering.

We are at a very exciting time in the evolution of our charity. Over the past few years WWV has transformed from an organisation promoting volunteering for young people to one which is effectively using volunteering as a platform to help marginalised and vulnerable people. Demand for our services is increasing along with a growing reputation for successful results with some of the most hard-to-reach individuals in the UK. However our name (World Wide Volunteering) no longer accurately reflects what we do and impedes effective communications with donors, partners and clients alike. We desperately need some support with a name change and branding to reposition the organisation as a UK organisation supporting disadvantaged people in the UK.
