Mission

Adoptacoastline's purpose is to keep trash out of the ocean, protect the wildlife, replant the coast and create a next generation of ocean stewards in Antigua and Barbuda and Caribbean wide.We do this with beach clean ups; a schools and grassroots community education program; and developing innovative products reusing plastic materials.

Adopt-a-coastline is a coastal stewardship program that serves the beaches of Antigua and Barbuda. The program has had notable success in local beach clean ups, youth stewardship and a circle economy product line created reusing materials like plastic water bottles to make bins as an additional means of financial support. We are building on this success by launching a schools and community education program in Antigua and Barbuda (2023), before rolling out Caribbean wide (2024 onwards).
