Hello, my name is Melanie Vala.  I've been working in marketing roles for 15 years and would like to leverage my experience to give back.  I would be great for anything from general consultancy to strategic development and implementation.  I would suit and organisation who wants to move fast and try new things.

A senior marketer with 15 years experience, including extensive international experience (UK, US, Asia and Australia).  A strong general marketer, although I have a bias to digital marketing and have led regional digital marketing strategies, driven impressive growth in web channels and designed and implemented social media strategies across businesses.   I'm also obsessed with  proving & teaching how we can rethink innovation though lean, rapid and customer behavior driven experimentation.  The advantage of the future is being able to move faster than your competitors to deliver on real customer needs and accelerate growth.
