The IAAS'’s mission is to provide public programming and publish books of passion and purpose that also celebrate the authentic voices of multicultural writers, because we recognize the need for writers to breathe on their own without suffocating the premise of multicultural literature to death. In fact, we consider all writers multicultural.

My name is Gabrielle David and I am the Executive Director of the Intercultural Alliance of Artists & Scholars, Inc. (IAAS) (www.theiaas.org) a New York-based nonprofit organization that promotes multicultural literature and literacy. We are seeking pro bono assistance to help us market and publicize our organization’s services and programs. Founded in 2000, our organization has a rich history of helping writers advance their literary careers through publishing, television programming or publicizing their works through our websites and social media. We believe that literature as a major carrier of content is a powerful medium for understanding the world, so our mission is to promote authors and publish books from a multicultural perspective. We need help in marketing (social media, email campaigns, press releases) in both the U.S. and abroad. We are also looking for someone to help fix one of our websites so that we can launch our ebook giveaway campaign. Interested?
