Additional Information

World Child Cancer is a small UK based charity, with big ambitions, specialising in the care of children with cancer in the developing world. Through a simple and effective partnership model we work with healthcare professionals in the developed and developing countries to care for children with cancer. This partnership approach enables expertise sharing, knowledge building and provides support to help develop locally appropriate, affordable and sustainable solutions. At the moment we support childhood cancer projects in 14 countries including Ghana, Malawi, Cameroon, Philippines, Myanmar and Bangladesh. We also support a collaborative Wilms’ tumour Africa project in Malawi, Cameroon, Ghana and Ethiopia. In 2014 we provided financial support and voluntary services of £1.5 million, helped over 3,400 children with cancer and facilitated training for more than 1,000 healthcare professionals. With your help we could reach more children in the developing world suffering with cancer.
