Are aim is to create long-term relationships with young people and seek to move them through into leadership roles; we aim to instiil pride and a work ethic in the young people we work with; we set challenges and look for a response; we work with authenticity and allow young people to learn for real and from consequences with the young people self-regulating to an extent. GV aim to provide fluid, flexible and individualised pathways for young people based on their needs and interests.

Gathering Voices (est. 1985) is an innovative arts charity, working primarily with young people and creative adults in the areas of music, mentoring and youth leadership. We provide a range of services and projects for young people – from weekly drop-in music production sessions and performances at leading festivals and events through to youth leadership programmes.
