Exceptional Individuals helps people with dyslexia and dyspraxia fullfill their potential by finding them employment they can thrive in.  Some employers don’t realise they’re missing out on formidable talent because their current recruiting procedures do not give disabled candidates a fair chance. Our candidates are often highly skilled and qualified but underutilised because they find it hard to gain employment that truly challenges them.  With our candidates (beneficiary’s) , we help them with CVS, application forms and ensure the employers they are working for understand their needs so they can flourish. When they’re in work we also make sure they have the technology they need to undertake there job to the best of their ability and provide continued support. For the employers we make sure they have a solid understanding of the needs of our candidates and help them ensure their application forms are dyslexic/autistic friendly, it’s about educating employers and helping them understand the benefits of employing people with dyslexia/dyspraxia rather than focusing on the potential troubles they may face (although we do make them aware
