The mission is to raise funds to enable the project construct a single room translation lab (on donated land) purchase equipment - 30 computers and accessories, computer desks and chairs, data infrastructure for data and internet to run the lab, and office furniture.

Translation for health seeks to partner with players in the health industry in Uganda to provide free communication material translation services in order to reach the majority of Ugandans who are largely illiterate or semi literate. As most communication materials are written in technical English, we believe having the materials translated will immensely improve the uptake of these messages, which will lead to overall behavioral change in local communities
