Center for Sports and Growth (CSG) is a community-based organization that seeks to empower women, children and youth by enabling them acquire necessary knowledge and skills with the sole intention of improving and uplifting their living standards but more importantly helping them attain their dreams and aspiration through use of sports as a tool to engender broad social-economic issues that affect the community.

We work in one of the largest slum in Kenya known as the Mathare slums.This community has a population of over 500,000 people and with a school going population of over 70,000 children.There are only 2 government schools in this community and mainly due to neglect by government.Center for sports and Growth focuses on education,health,environment and human rights and advocacy while using sports as an approach to mobilize and bring young people together.

Help us Develop a Website for Center for Sports and Growth

Description

We are looking to developing a website for Center for Sports and Growth in order to meet some of the basic requirements for donors while making applications for small grants.We are a grass-roots organization that is aimed at ensuring that young persons participating in our program are able to reach their full potential.We link our sports activities with education and awareness creation on key social issues that affect young people in our community.
