We create opportunities to build skills, confidence and independence in our friendly and supportive workplace and our profits are reinvested back into the organisation to further grow and develop these opportunities.  Each employee is issued with a personal Development Plan which ensures they receive the necessary training and skills needed to do their job, training them ready for open employment and giving them the skills necessary in everyday life. eg. Literacy, numeracy and IT classes.
