Philip started his first business in 1986 and has since gone on to form nxo the UK’s first strategic marketing franchise with offices across the UK.Most of Philip’s business career has been within the business to business sector, from international companies such as Compass Group and ALSTOM Transport, to high growth start ups. Philip is an Honorary Teaching Fellow with the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development at Lancaster University Management School and appears regularly at Lancaster University Management School to present on franchising and marketing.
