Our mission is to be available to all homeless people and those who cannot afford eyecare, e.g. those who need to use foodbanks, and to reduce visual impairment in these populations by providing high quality eyecare and glasses.

We are a small group of optometrists whose aim is to provide free eyecare and free glasses to the homeless community of Belfast and those who cannot afford eyecare, including asylum seekers and refugees. We had our first clinic on 02.09.15, and we recently became registered with the Charity Commission in Northern Ireland. We operate once a week within a drop in centre for the homeless.
