We offer youth support combined with work experience opportunities for young women in Cambridge who are between 14-25 years old. The young women are referred to us through agencies such as housing organisations and the locality youth support team. The young women are in need of gaining some confidence, some experience for their CV and that's where we come in! We are booked by organisations and private individuals to help with their events - we have worked at over 200 events since we started trading in June 2015. They have ranged from weddings, council conferences to community fundraising events. We, as a team, are involved in a variety of activities from sourcing the catering, serving the food and drinks to meeting and greeting the guests. We also have vintage china that we hire out. We also are involved in work experience with the elderly and the young women engage in art workshops and occasionally putting on events such as afternoon teas and tea dances for the elderly in Cambridge. We are working towards having a regular work experience overseas opportunity as a part of our work. This is something we have done once before and want to embed in our work.

We are a small social enterprise offering work experience and youth support for young women in Cambridge who are between 15-23 years old and are not in education, employment or training (NEET) or are at risk of becoming NEET.
