EMPLOYMENT HISTORY Bid Executive, DWF LLP, Manchester, UK (Professional Services – Law) Nov 2009 – Present Full independent project management of marketing documents from start to completion, prioritising my workload and working to tight deadlines. Delivering proactive support to the Bid Managers and Targeting Manager on a full range of bids, tenders, presentations and business development projects, communicating with colleagues at all levels within the firm from senior partners to support teams and external suppliers. Control of a bid library improvement project, redesigning its structure and developing the quality of content to improve the efficiency of both the bid team and the wider marketing team. Full responsibility for managing photography for the business, controlling the budget and schedule of activity. This involves liaising with people at all levels within the firm and external suppliers in organising photography for press, website and all other marketing materials. Since joining the firm in November 2009 I have played an important role within the team in increasing the win rate of the firm from 25% to 69% while at the same time increasing the volume of bids produced by over 450%.
