Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (‘SEO’) London is a diversity-focused charity that helps students, from under-represented ethnic or socio-economic backgrounds, maximise their educational and career success by providing access to superior training, mentoring and work experience in leading professions. We have three flagship programmes: The SEO Careers Programme provides exceptional educational support and career access to university students for professional success.  We educate, inspire, train and mentor talented students from BME or underprivileged backgrounds to help them realise their potential.  In the last 15 years SEO has helped more than 5,000 undergraduates secure places on partner firm talent programmes including 920 in 2015 alone. The SEO Scholars Programme provides high-achieving secondary school students (years 11-13) from low socio-economic backgrounds with a range of support services to improve their academic attainment and progression to university and leading professions.   The SEO Connect Platform is the charity’s recruitment arm set up to provide alumni from the Careers Programme with on-going career support and access to successive roles in the City. It caters to over 5,000 alumni as well as being open to the general public.
