Experience

Currently freelance digital PR and PR, working with clients in mental health, the environment and the arts. I enjoy finding opportunities and using data to back up campaigns.  Previously, I worked as in-house PR at the University of Greenwich, where I worked on campaigns in STEM, the arts, health, engineering, science, business and more. I established several experts as go-tos in their fields (water privatisation, evacuation and fire safety, and energy policy).  I led on a number of crises at Greenwich, including a terror attack and a massive data breach, as well as strikes, “unsafe” university buildings, mental health support and more. Prior to Greenwich I worked in-house at Millwall FC, which was a great grounding in crisis comms. I've organised events at Millwall (press conferences, player of the year awards etc), and at Greenwich (TV shoots, business school employment fares, open days).  I have 19 years' experience in: Media relations Media training/interview preparation Press releases Social and digital animations Digital PR Campaign planning  Monitoring and evaluating results
