FLISS (Female Leaders in STEM Subjects) is an exciting new charity initiative committed to mentoring the next generation of women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. We are seeking a passionate and creative marketeer to help us design and launch a fundraising campaign to raise £30,000+. This will fund mentorship training, program resources, and opportunities for over 300 mentees supported by 200 volunteer mentors. We already have: - A growing pool of mentors and engaged mentees - Successful workshops delivered online and at universities - Photos, videos, and testimonials from participants - A clear vision and experienced delivery team Now we need your expertise to: - Shape a compelling narrative - Build campaign assets (visuals, videos, story content) - Run a fundraising campaign across social and digital channels - Amplify our reach and impact Your support will: - Help close the gender gap in STEM - Empower women into leadership roles - Create lasting social and economic change Whether you can lead the full campaign or support in stages, we’d love to collaborate. Your ideas will directly shape the future of FLISS and open doors for hundreds of young women.

FLISS (Female Leaders in STEM Subjects) is a new and growing charity on a mission to support women into leadership roles across science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. We’re looking for a volunteer Social Media Manager to help us build our online presence, grow our community, and share the inspiring stories of our mentees and mentors. We need your help to develop and manage a consistent social media strategy, create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, promote our fundraising campaign and events and highlight real stories that show the impact of FLISS You’ll be working alongside a passionate team of professionals committed to equity and empowerment in STEM. Your work will help tackle the gender gap in STEM, inspire future female leaders and amplify the reach of a cause with national potential Ideal for someone who wants to use their skills for social good, has experience (or interest) in nonprofit, education, STEM or equality causes and that is creative, proactive, and organised We’re flexible and happy to shape this around your availability, whether you can commit a few hours a week or contribute on a campaign-by-campaign basis.
