Mission

BST works in the poorest communities in South Africa who are still suffering from the legacy of apartheid. The objectives of the Trust are to support through sustainable development and education projects, those most disadvantaged South Africans who still suffer under Apartheid's legacy, including those who are most severely affected by HIV/AIDS.

BST is a small UK based development charity that has achieved a great deal in the last 20 years. Working through partners in South Africa, we have implemented an Orphans and Vulnerable Children programme reaching more than 30,000 OVCs in the last 5 years and over 60,000 families. We need help with profile raising, sponsorship, and income generation. Some of our major funders include Comic Relief.
