Operation 21 Lima Victor (O21LV), formerly known as The AVLE Society, is a 501(c)(3) non-for-profit organization that is dedicated in empowering 21st century Latino veterans (21LV) in our communities and creating a positive impact in a globalized society.
Education and Skills
Operation 21 Lima Victor was founded because we know that our Latino veterans have the leadership qualities necessary to become productive citizens in our communities successfully at any level. Our vision is to combine the skills and leadership qualities that transitioning Latino veterans have to offer through various initiatives and re-integrate them into society. We provide opportunities to Latino veterans and empower them as they complete their transitioning goals and prepare them for a successful future. Through civic engagment, our veterans also have the opportunity to support the needs of local at-risk Latino communities. An empowered Latino veteran becomes a force multiplier that will lead and mentor their communities. Creating a new generation of leaders dedicated in the betterment of their communities and those around them.
