We exist to empower women to make the changes they wish to see in their own lives. We endeavour to work in collaboration with our clients to address any issues they may face, work with past trauma, reduce reoffending & promote wellbeing.

We exist to support vulnerable women and their children; offering a range of services at our holistic ‘one stop shop’ centre in Birmingham, we employ one to one interventions (including counselling and casework), a wide range of courses (academic/practical/therapeutic) and refer internally to specialised support services including Money Advice, Family Support and Domestic Violence. We work holistically in many aspects of the women's lives extending to their families and the wider community.
