Canonbie and District Residents Association is a community development trust intent on ensuring that the dispersed rural area we live in is able to sustain itself. We have focussed on social projects, such as a community cafe and computer literacy group for older people; and now are looking towards developing a community action plan and exploring opportunities for community assets. We are keen to ensure that the work we do is well promoted and recieved so as to be sustainable, enjoyable and future-proof.
