Mission

The objects for which the company is formed shall be to advance the education of young people for the public benefit by:- (a) providing training for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds including, those from black and other ethnic minority backgrounds and white working class, young offenders, homeless, people with disabilities and gear them towards employment and (b) educating them by making them under take a project which is aimed at educating young people from disadvantaged  backgrounds in (life skills and practical issues that affect them).

What makes us different is that we provide a working environment not a training programme. We want young people to be proactive and use initative. We choose our partners on the basis of our objectives and how they can help us to achieve them. We have a special relationship with sky television and other TV companies are helping us find meaningful employment for those young adults who complete our training.
