Young people all over the world, particularly in developing countries, face limited opportunities for employment and income generation. Our Mission is to enable schools to provide relevant education, through enterprise, to prepare and empower young people to succeed in work and in life. Our Vision is that young people leave school not just with academic and/or technical skills but with entrepreneurial skillsets and mindsets that enable them to find decent employment or create their own job.

Our School-Business Model empowers student teams and teachers step-by-step to research, plan, set-up, and run a real profit-making business in their school which can be handed to new students the next year. This guided entrepreneurship journey nurtures business and transferable life skills in young participants - from finance to sales, problem-solving to confidence. This is unique in being a FINANCIALLY SUSTAINABLE model, which is self-funding year after year through the profits schools generate. It is HIGHLY REPLICABLE, which enabled us to bring the model to young people in schools in 45 countries last year. Our web-based programme and suite of resources are free and available to all schools. In locations where schools have no internet access we train and support local government & partners to provide hands-on support for schools.
