We work with the most vulnerable young people in our society, we specialise in supporting young people who have experienced child sexual exploitation, children who go missing from home, are living in the care system, who are experiencing emotional health issues, young people who care for others and refugee and asylum seeking children. In short the most vulnerable and alone young people living in the U.K. We run direct  services to help them move forward with their lives and also lobby decision makers to try and improve the systems and environment these young people find themselves in. This perfect blend of service delivery and lobbying makes us unique in the children's sector. We are currently embarking on a new strategic direction and as part of this I have commissioned a digital transformationation programme to harness the power of digital to improve the lives of young people and I am looking for a critical friend to help us navigate our way through this change programme.
