We carry out tailored activities with individual living with dementia, we offer group and home service activities as where as support group and peer support.  We work with empathy and understanding of the needs of people living with dementia and our mission is to explore everyway possible to make sure they understand all information passed unto them and encourage them to make the decision. respecting the desicion of our customers is crucial to our services. Our mission is to support and help our service users to achieve their goal safely.  We aim to provide a service in a safe, caring and stimulating environment where individual will be supported in meeting their needs and targets.

Dementia is not a disease. It is a word used to describe a group of symptoms that may occur when the brain cells stops working properly. Causing loss of memory, mood changes, and problems with communication and reasoning.  This is caused by disease such as Alzheimer's disease, damage caused by a series of small strokes. And many more causes. CCS Dementia Service is a not for profit charity organisation, we operate base on Christian principles and values of Love, respect, seeing someone as an individual rather than a group, Controlled emotional involvement freedom in expression of ones feeling, Acceptance of individual, not judgemental and confidentiality.
