To engage the Glossopdale community in order to identify and respond to local needs. We aim to help people live independently within the local community, achieve their personal aspirations, engage in volunteering activities and paid employment, and most of all feel connected to, and valued by, the local community. We are committed to building a strong and resilient local community where people are supported and support others often simultaneously.

Additional Information

We offer numerous support services to enable local people to engage with the community and manage their own health an well-being. This ranges from a social prescribing service to community shopping support services and a volunteer car scheme to access appointments. We also run one off community activities and provide some funding for individuals and community groups to remove barriers to change and sustainability.
