Mission

Books-2-Braille seeks to provide fun and entertaining story books to blind and visually impaired young braille readers in grades preK through 6. To make our mission happen, we engage volunteers, and train at-risk military veterans in literary braille transcription - providing them with care and support while they advance in training and certifications. After certification, our veterans can work for our organization or pursue a career as an independant braille transcriber.
