Deliverable achieved: • Working with the leadership team to develop a go-to-market strategy; including capability mapping, proposition development, stakeholder management and customer journey mapping. • Conducting a SWOT analysis, market audit and building market intelligence (Competitor analysis, price changes/sensitivity, Macro and Micro environment affecting the industry) and customer personas in order to develop multichannel marketing delivery strategy. • Develop a strong corporate visual identity, including strapline and brand guideline. • Working with the web development team led the development of a user friendly responsive website to showcase the capability.
