We offer boating experience to youth groups such as Brownies, Guides, Scouts and DofE. We work with Canal & River Trust to maintain and protect the waterways in West Yorkshire.
Disability
Established in 1995, we provide boat trips for disabled, mentally ill, disadvantaged and vulnerable people within our local community. We operate 5 specially adapted boats from the beginning of March to the end of October, 7 days a week, during this period we will carry around 14,000 passengers. We offer our service free of charge to community groups and are proud that all our operations are carried out by unpaid volunteers We are funded entirely through donations. We also offer boating experience to youth groups such as Brownies, Guides, Scouts and DofE. All our crew are qualified and DBS cleared. We have be given several awards, the most recent being a 2017 Life Time Achievment.
