We do this by providing clinical, practical and emotional support to babies, children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and their families living in North and Central London and Hertsmere. There are more than 1,200 children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions in our catchment area, but currently no children's hospice building. Through our http://www.buildingtheark.org.uk Building The Ark campaign we're raising funds to construct North and Central London's only children’s hospice building and The Ark. We're one of the causes chosen by Children in Need in 2017
