Help needed for developing a new program

Description

Hello, I have a very exciting opportunity for you to help grow a brand new program! I was recently hired at a non-profit organization that provides services for individuals with disabilities. They received a grant to implement a program designed at helping people with disabilities find employment. I was hired for my experience in education and working with people with disabilities, not for my marketing skills unfortunately. This is a brand new program for our organization and part of the start up process is coming up with a recruiting and marketing plan and designing promotional materials.
